Introduction of Solar Panel Production Line

The control and supervision system consists of two parts: the on-site photovoltaic production line centralized management system and the operation center.

The on-site photovoltaic production line centralized management system includes the transmission system, control system (configuration software + PLC), and video acquisition system. It realizes the monitoring and control of production line equipment operation and provides system operation & video data to the operation center.

The operation center consists of equipment remote operation and maintenance platform system, firewall, IO server, data recording server, message server, HMI/WEB workstation, engineering workstation, and hardware maintenance station, etc. It completes the collection, recording, display of photovoltaic production line data scattered in various locations, video data collection and display, data analysis, display, storage, viewing, WEB publishing, mobile device monitoring services, etc., realizing remote operation and maintenance of photovoltaic production lines.
